The Middleton Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to review Application 2026073 and the Wood County Planning Commission recommendation to rezone two parcels. The applicant, Richard Rectenwald, is seeking to rezone the parcels to R-3 Residential classification. The parcels are currently zoned A-1 Agricultural classification. The parcels are: J37-100-230000003000 and J37-100-230000004000.
The application is available for examination at 21745 N. Dixie Hwy. After the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the board of township trustees for action. The hearing will be held at the township offices located at 21745 N. Dixie Hwy., Bowling Green.
