The Middleton Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to review Application #2026154 and the Wood County Planning Commission recommendation to rezone two parcels. The applicant, Chris Steiner, is seeking to rezone two parcels to R-3 Residential classification. The parcel J38-100-523000011000 is currently zoned A-1 Agricultural classification, and parcel J38-100-522000033000 is currently zoned R-2.
The application is available for examination at 21745 N. Dixie Hwy. After the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the board of township trustees for action. The hearing will be held at the township offices located at 21745 N. Dixie Hwy., Bowling Green.
