Legal Notice – BZA Meeting

The Middleton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18,
2025 at 7:30 PM at the Middleton Township administration building located at 21745 N. Dixie Highway,
Bowling Green, OH 43402. The zoning variance request by Jullianne Lange is for a rear yard setback
variance. The applicant is asking for a 22-foot setback, rather than the required 40-feet. The property is
located at 14857 Lake Winds Dr. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
