At its July 2, 2025, meeting, the Middleton Township Board of Trustees proclaimed July 16 as Chief Steve Asmus Day, honoring our retiring fire chief for his leadership and many achievements, and in profound gratitude for his service and contributions to our community and fire department for the past 46 years.
